Summary FIA has geared up the operation against criminals to act on the directives of interior ministry.
ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) – Police officers of all the four provinces and federation failed to act on federal interior ministry‘s order of apprehending as many as 474 absconders.
According to details, federal interior ministry gave the task of arresting 474 fugitives to provincial security departments but the local administrations failed to act on the directives.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) after getting command from interior ministry has started gathering data of the suspects however, more than 20 escapees have Rs 1.5 crore head money.
At least 30 out of 474 are wanted to federation, 121 to Punjab, 64 to Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) 189, Balochistan 28 while the suspects belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan are 22.
Moreover, FIA has launched an operation to detain the criminals.
