MULTAN (Dunya News) – Locals on Monday handed over the robber to security officers after brutally torturing him.
According to details, the dacoit identified as Nadeem tried to snatch purse from a lady at Allah Shafi Chowk, resisting to which the victim shouted and gathered the people.
The citizens assaulted suspect and took him to the police station in an injured condition. Police officers registered an FIR and launched an investigation into the matter.
The officers stated that Nadeem was involved in usual street crimes and robberies however, action would be taken according to the law.
