LAHORE (Dunya News) – Kot Lakhpat police in Lahore arrested a suspect on Saturday accused of killing his son and injuring his daughter.
According to details, Inayat opened indiscriminate fire on his family one month before over domestic dispute.
His son Waqas died and daughter Gulshan was injured in the attack whereas the suspect escaped from the scene.
Police initiated probe into the incident after registering a case against the suspect.
Consequently, the police on a tip-off conducted an operation and arrested the suspect who confessed of his crimes during investigation.
Police state that murder weapon has been recovered from the suspect whereas further investigation is underway.
