Summary ATC issued the charge sheet of three suspects in Hamza murder case
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi sentenced Lyari gang war’s Zahid Dada to 14 years imprisonment and 20 thousand rupees of penalty money on Saturday. ATC also issued the charge sheet of three suspects in Hamza murder case, reported Dunya news.
Zahid Dada was wanted in the cases of possessing illegal arms and explosives and was arrested by the Quaidabad police. In another court of anti terrorism, Hamza murder case was heard in which the court issued the charge sheet of three suspects named Shoaib Naveed, Idrees and Mushtaq. The suspects denied the accusations in front of the court. The hearing of the case was adjourned until 21st of November and the court summoned witnesses of the case on next hearing. Hamza, a young student was killed in Defence area of Karachi in 2013.

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi on Wednesday released two accused Abid Hussain and Naveed Ahmed due to unavailability of evidence in Hamza murder case.
After hearing arguments of the lawyers, ATC judge in court no. 3 ordered release of the accused under section 497 of Criminal Procedure Code.
The teenage victim, a student of O-levels, was killed by Aman Rehman, the guard of his schoolmate Shoaib Naveed, after an altercation between the two teenagers outside a restaurant in Darakhshan area of DHA on April 27, 2013.
Meanwhile, the court has ordered witnesses to appear in the next yearing on April 6.
