KARACIH (Web Desk) - An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi on Wednesday released two accused Abid Hussain and Naveed Ahmed due to unavailability of evidence in Hamza murder case.
After hearing arguments of the lawyers, ATC judge in court no. 3 ordered release of the accused under section 497 of Criminal Procedure Code.
The teenage victim, a student of O-levels, was killed by Aman Rehman, the guard of his schoolmate Shoaib Naveed, after an altercation between the two teenagers outside a restaurant in Darakhshan area of DHA on April 27, 2013.
Meanwhile, the court has ordered witnesses to appear in the next yearing on April 6.
