MUZAFFARGARH: (Dunya News) – A father-in-law in Muzaffargarh on Saturday burned his daughter-in-law over domestic dispute. The lady has been shifted to Nishter Hospital in critical condition, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Shabana Maai, resident of Head Bikaai area of muzaffargarh, was married to Siddique four years ago but disputes started arising shortly after the marriage and finally the father-in-law named Pir Bakhsh locked Shabana in the room, poured oil on her and set her on fire.
The lady has been shifted to emergency ward of Nishter Hospital in critical condition. Doctors say that 100% of her body has been burnt.
Police has registered case against Siddique and his father Pir Bakhsh at Shah Jamal Police Station and has arrested both.
