Summary Accused Nayaz killed man named Ishaq by firing in 2014 at session court
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Anti Terrorist Court Lahore sentenced the accuse of firing in Sheikhupura, to death twice on Thursday.
Police of Sheikhupura Sadar police station presented the case in front of Anti Terrorist Court Lahore, according to which accused Nayaz killed a man named Ishaq by firing in 2014.
Police found him guilty during the investigation as well. The lawyer of the accused said that all the accusations are baseless and even the murdered Ishaq did not name Nayaz as guilty before dying.
Court declared him guilty after listening to all the arguments and sentenced Nayaz to death twice.
