LAHORE (Dunya News) - Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram has been appointed as President of PSL franchise Sialkot Stallions, as the team also unveiled its official logo at a ceremony in Lahore.

The announcement was made during an event organised by Alpha Ozy Sports at a private hotel, where Akram was formally named president of the franchise.

He joined the ceremony online and expressed optimism about the team’s future, reaffirming his commitment to helping build Sialkot Stallions into a strong and successful franchise.

During the event, the official logo of Sialkot Stallions was revealed for the first time.

Head coach Tim Paine, along with co-owners Hamza Majeed and Muhammad Shahid, were also present and pledged to introduce modern features in the Pakistan Super League while contributing to the promotion and improvement of cricket standards.
