MONG KOK (Dunya News) - Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan by three wickets in the final of the Hong Kong Super Sixes tournament to claim the title for the second time.

After winning the toss, Sri Lanka opted to field first. Pakistan faced early setbacks, losing two wickets in the initial overs.

Mohammad Ikhlaq stood out with a solid innings of 48 runs, while the rest of the batting lineup struggled.

Captain Faheem Ashraf scored 13 runs, and other key players fell for low scores, leaving the team all out for 72 runs in just six overs.

Sri Lanka started cautiously in their chase but achieved the target of 73 runs with one over to spare, despite losing three wickets.

Sandun Viraikodi top-scored with 34 runs and captain Lahiru Madhushanka contributed valuable 19 runs. Faheem Ashraf took two wickets for Pakistan but could not prevent the loss.
