Netizens make fun of cricketer’s singing abilities
KARACHI (Web Desk) - Pakistani cricketer Shahnawaz Dahani became singer as the pacer was seen singing live in a ceremony.
The video was originally shared by Dahani’s fellow teammate Hassan Ali on social media.
‘New Singer in the house’, Ali captioned the music video of Dahani.
The pacer was found singing the famous song of 90s ‘Jab koi baat bigar jaye’. The song was poorly sung as he missed the scale and didn’t even follow the music beat.

Dahani was reading the lyrics from his mobile phone while enjoying the song.
The video went viral but not in a positive sense as the netizens advised the national star not to sing again.
“Please take back the mic from Dahani,” one social media user said. Another one posted that Pakistan got another star after Chahat Fateh Ali Khan-the singer known for his poor singing skills.
It is not the first time that Dahani showed his singing skills as he had also sung in the local language with the children in Zimbabwe.
Dahani made his international debut for the Pakistan national cricket team in November 2021.
