WASHINGTON (Dunya News) – During Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to the White House, US President Donald Trump presented him with a cricket bat and a picture of President Eisenhower – the only US President who had witnessed a Test match in Pakistan.
Donald Trump warmly welcomed Imran Khan at the White House on Monday, and acknowledged him as “great athlete, very popular Prime Minister of Pakistan.”
“A lot of things are happening for the United States, and I think a lot of great things are going to be happening for Pakistan under your leadership,” the US president said to the Pakistan prime minister.
Let it be known that Prime Minister Imran Khan is on his first official visit to Washington seeking to revive a fractured relationship between both countries.
