PSL-4: Quetta Gladiators crush Peshawar Zalmi by 10 runs
A high-scoring contest is expected between Zalmi and Gladiators owing to batting-friendly conditions
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Quetta Gladiators crushed Peshawar Zalmi by 10 runs in the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL-4) at the National Stadium Karachi on Wednesday.
Batting first, Quetta Gladiators had scored 186 runs for the loss of six wickets in stipulated twenty overs.
In reply, Peshawar Zalmi could only score 176 for the loss of seven wickets.
Shane Watson was declared man of the match.
With the victory, Gladiators have qualified for the final of the PSL; however, Zalmi will get another chance against the winner of Eliminator 1.
First eliminator will be played between hosts Karachi Kings and defending champions Islamabad United on Thursday.
