Afridi, Umar Gul applaud martyrs of 1965 war
Cricketers admired Pakistan Army's services and their efforts to maintain peace in the country.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – While the nation is celebrating Defence Day of Pakistan on Thursday former national captain Shahid Afridi and fast bowler Umar Gul applauded the martyrs of 1965 war.
Both the players shared a video message saying that due to the sacrifices made by the Pakistan army there is peace in the Tirah valley today.
Moreover the cricketers admired the services of Pakistan Army and their efforts to maintain in the country.
