CARDIFF (Dunya News) - Pakistan’s Head Coach Mickey Arthur has on Tuesday confessed that Pakistan s middle order is exposed as he was addressing a press conference on the back of a win against Sri Lanka in a nail-biting encounter in semi-final.
Pakistani coach was of the opinion that the English team have played good cricket in this tournament and Pakistan needs to be at its best in order to beat them on Wednesday.
The coach seemed dissatisfied with the manner Pakistan won against Sri Lanka on Monday and expressed that the boys would have to perform even better.
Mickey Arthur while expressing his concerns over Pakistan’s out-of-form middle order revealed that Sarfraz or Malik could get promotion in the batting order.
"Middle order has been exposed just a little bit. Ideally, we d like to probably get Sarfraz and Malik maybe in a little bit earlier, but that s something that we need to discuss. Whether it happens now or whether it happens at the end of this competition will be debated later," he said.
