LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Indian captain Virat Kohli has said that the book that changed his life was Paramahansa Yogananda’s autobiography ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’. He said that the book played a huge role in his successes, reported Dunya News.
Kohli said that the book also had a big hand to play in his decision to be a cricketer. He said that the reforms and views expressed in the book leave a great impact on the reader and the book is a light for the people who want to bring a change in their lives. He added that this book can change the life of a person completely and it’s his love.
Kohli’s coach Rajkumar Sharma said that there are many such things that made Kohli into a great cricketer that he is. Sharma said that Kohli takes his diet very seriously and abstains from fast food and all such foods that may increase weight. “You can offer him anything other than fresh fruits”, he said.
It is pertinent to mention here that Kohli is that only batsman in the world to have scored double centuries in four series consecutive.
