ABU DHABI (Web Desk) – West Indies on Tuesday resumed play at 171-4 on the fifth day of second Test against Pakistan at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Earlier, West Indies, set a target of 456 to win, closed the fourth day of the second Test against Pakistan on 171-4.

Jermaine Blackwood (41) and Roston Chase (17) were at the crease with West Indies needing a further 285 runs to win or bat out the final day for a draw.

Pakistan had declared their second innings on 227-2 soon after lunch with Azhar Ali scoring 79 and Asad Shafi1 58 not out.

Pakistan lead the three-match series 1-0 after winning the first Test by 56 runs in Dubai.

The third and final Test starts in Sharjah from October 30.
