ICC announces schedule for ICC World T20 warm-up matches

NEW DELHI (Dunya News/APP) - The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday has announced match timings and warm-up schedule of the ICC World Twenty20 to be played at eight venues in India from March 3.
According to sources, Pakistan will play its first warm-up match on March 12 against local cricket team while the second match is scheduled on March 15 against Sri Lanka in Kolkata.
The mega event would be started from March 8 with an opening match of Zimbabwe and Hong Kong.
The men’s afternoon matches will take place from 1500-18:10, while the evening matches will be played from 19:30-22:40.
The semi-finals and the final will be held from 19:00-22:10. The women’s afternoon matches will be played from 15:30-18:15, while the evening matches will take place from 19:30-22:15.
The semi-finals and the finals, which will be played before the men’s matches, will be played between 14:30-17:15.
Teams taking part in the first round will play their warm-up matches in Dharamsala and Mohali from March 3-6, while sides featuring in the second round will play warm-up matches in Kolkata and Mumbai from March 10-15.
The women’s warm-up matches will take place in Bengaluru and Chennai from March 10-14. Pakistan women team will play their warm-up matches vs New Zealand on March 10 at Chennai and against South Africa on March 12 at same venue.
