LAHORE (Dunya News) – Qalandars are set to meet Karachi Kings while Islamabad United will strive for victory against Peshawar Zalmi in Dubai in country’s first ever indigenous international venture, Pakistan Super League (PSL) on its ninth day, Dunya News reported Friday.

Lahore Qalandars are bottoming the PSL points table after three consecutive defeats. Karachi Kings is also not going as good as its supporters would like it to. The kings sure won their first match but met three consecutive defeats in the days that followed.

In the second match of PSL and first Qalandars-Kings face-off, Lahore had to bat first as Karachi Kings won the toss and skipper Shoaib Malik chose to field.

Azhar Ali and Muhammad Rizwan tried to pace the innings but to no avail. Wickets kept falling with very low run rate on score board. The innings got a blow when Amir took a hat-trick and Qalandars were reduced to 125 runs with a loss of 8 wickets.
