LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday has rejected plea demanding to sack Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shehryar Khan.

The plea filed by Justice Shahid Kareem held hearing of the case.

Petitioner’s counsel Pir Ali Gilani maintained that Khan failed to make Pakistan-India series happen and the according to the law any administrator who adversely affects the institution should be sacked.

The Chairman inflicted loss of around Rs 5 billion, he added.
However, the court stated that the petitioner is not the affectee in the case. The petition was rejected on the said basis.
