Zimbabwe win toss, elect to bat against India in second ODI

Summary Seamer Neville Madziva was also forced out through injury.

HARARE (AFP) - Sikandar Raza Butt won the toss in his first act as a Zimbabwe captain and elected to bat in the second and final Twenty20 international against India at Harare Sports Club on Sunday.

Sikandar Raza took the reins after regular captain Elton Chigumbura failed to recover from an injury picked up in Friday s 54-run defeat in the series opener.

Seamer Neville Madziva was also forced out through injury, allowing allrounder Sean Williams and batsman Malcolm Waller to come back into the side.

Prosper Utseya also took the field less than a day after his letter alleging racism against Zimbabwe Cricket managing director Alistair Campbell was made public.

India handed an international debut to wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson as offspinner Harbhajan Singh sat out the game, but Robin Uthappa kept the gloves for the tourists.
