Summary Forecasters have warned rain will continue into the night.

DHAKA (AFP) - Incessant monsoon rains delayed the start of the first one-day international between Bangladesh and South Africa in Dhaka s Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Friday.

The match, which was due to have started at 3:00pm (0900 GMT), has no reserve day and forecasters have warned rain will continue into the night.

The cut-off time to start play in the first of three ODIs is 8:30 pm (1430 GMT).
