COLOMBO (AFP) - A wet outfield caused by heavy rain since the early morning delayed the start of the fifth day s play in the second Test between Sri Lanka and Pakistan in Colombo on Monday.
There has been no play since the tea break on the fourth day, with Sri Lanka due to begin their chase of a 153-run target to win the match and level the three-match series.
The ground staff at the P. Sara Oval were busy drying the outfield as the rain ceased, but dark clouds overhead suggest more bad weather is on the way.
