LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has rejected the plea filed against the formation of women cricket team due to non-prosecution, Dunya News reported.
According to the details, the plaintiff stated that only Women Cricket Association can form team as it has been internationally recognized. He said that the court should annul the women team made by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
On the other hand, officials of PCB argued that the department has full authority to take decisions related to cricket.
Subsequently, the court has dismissed the case on non-prosecution basis.
