LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt on Tuesday finally admitted that he was involved in spot-fixing, of which he was accused five years ago, Dunya News reported. Central culprit of the spot-fixing scandal, which caused embarrassment for Pakistan throughout the world, admitted that the accusations were correct.

PCB officials will now soon send Salman Butt’s confessional statement to Internation Cricket Council’s (ICC) Anti-Corruption Unit after which ICC will decide about Salman Butt’s future.
