Englishman Nigel Llong has replaced West Indian Billy Doctrove on the International Cricket Councils elite panel of umpires.Doctrove retired from the elite panel last week.Llong, 43, was also named in the panel of 13 umpires to officiate in the World Twenty20 tournament in Sri Lanka in September.The Englishman has officiated in 12 test matches, 55 one-day internationals and 16 Twenty20s after he made his international debut in the second-ever Twenty20 played between England and Australia at Southampton in 2005.
