Talking to the media in London Chairman BCP Zaka Ashrif said that earlier Misbah-ul Haq’ captainship was criticised and now objections were being raised to Muhammad Hafiz as captain. The UAE and Malaysia were also being considered as alternative venues for the series against Australia, he added.He hoped that India would also play a positive role for the resumption of international cricket in Pakistan. He also welcomed Waseem Akram’s offer to train Pakistani players. “It is impossible to eliminate corruption from cricket but it can be reduced,” Zaka said.
