Summary Gold prices in Pakistan increased slightly, with 24-karat gold per tola rising by PKR 300 to PKR 427,736. Silver prices fell by PKR 12, while global gold gained $3 per ounce.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Gold prices registered a slight increase across Pakistan on Saturday, while silver rates witnessed a decline in the domestic bullion market, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa and Jewellers Association.
The association reported that the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by PKR 300 to reach PKR 427,736. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by PKR 257, taking it to PKR 366,714.
In contrast, the price of 24-karat silver per tola dropped by PKR 12, bringing the new rate down to PKR 6,297 per tola.
In the international market, gold prices also moved higher, gaining $3 to settle at $4,053 per ounce.
