NEPRA approves reduction of Rs0.99 per unit in electricity prices
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Friday has approved reduction of Rs0.99 per unit in electricity prices.
The approval was given in terms of fuel adjustment for the last three months of the year 2021. The authority has informed the federal government about the decision for notification.
Earlier, NEPRA had conducted a hearing on the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) request to jack up electricity tariff by Rs4.33 per unit.
