Remittances rose $ 5.4 bln during July, August: Farrukh Habib
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said remittances of 2.7 billion dollars were received in the month of August this year as compared to 2.1 billion dollars during the corresponding period last year.
In a tweet on Friday, he said the country received remittances worth of 5.4 billion dollars in the first two months of current fiscal year which is 10.4 percent higher than that of last year.
