OGRA proposes Rs3.50 per litre cut in petrol price

The new prices will be announced on Nov 15 and will be applicable for the next 15 days.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday proposed to slash prices of petroleum products.

According to sources, the Ogra has proposed a reduction of Rs3.50 per litre in the price of petrol in line with the dip in global crude oil prices.

The regulator also proposed reduction of Rs2.50 per litre in the price of high-speed diesel (HSD), which is mainly used in transport and agriculture sectors.

The new prices will be announced on November 15 after the approval of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The reduction in prices of petroleum products will be applicable for the next 15 days.
