SBP reserves fall $205 million to $12,154.7 million
The foreign currency reserves held by the SBP were recorded at $12,154.7 million.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s foreign reserves declined by US$205 million or 1.7% and the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 19,351.00 million on Thursday.
According to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), on Thursday the foreign currency reserves held by the SBP were recorded at $12,154.7 million.
During the week ended, the central bank made external debt repayment of US$580 million.
After accounting for official inflows, including US$ 300 million received from Asian Development Bank (ADB), SBP reserves decreased by US$205 million.
