US Dollar slips to Rs 163.30 in Interbank market

KARACHI (Dunya News) - The United States dollar lost 36 paisas against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market on Tuesday.

The greenback closed at 163.30 rupees after dropping by Rs 1.59 in last three sessions of the trading day and appreciation in the value of rupee has decreased debt burden on Pakistan by Rs175 billion.

The US dollar surged by Rs 164.89 on June 2 after gradually slipping to Rs 163.30 in the interbank market on Friday.
