PM's Commerce Advisor said Pakistan has a very favourable environment for foreign investors.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister’s Adviser on Commerce Abdul Razak Dawood said Pakistan’s improvement in the World Bank’s business reform report was made possible by continuing the policies of the previous government.

Talking to reporters at the Islamic Chamber of Commerce event in Karachi, the advisor expressed that the good actions taken by the previous government should be appreciated, including restoration plans and business reforms.

Abdul Razak asserted that water supply is a major problem for Sindh industries rather than gas and electricity. “The Sindh government should not raise water prices for industries”, he added.

He said that Islamic countries should promote bilateral trade, adding Pakistan has a very favorable environment for foreign investors.
