ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Petroleum Division on Monday forwarded a summary to the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) recommending 200 percent hike in gas prices.

According to the documents, the gas prices would be increased by 31 percent for commercial consumers, while the price of gas would be increased 50 percent for the consumers using 100 units per month.
The summary further stated that the price of gas would increase by 75 percent for the consumers using 200 units per month, and the price of gas would increase 100 percent for the consumers using 300 units per month.
