PSX market closes on a negative note

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Stock Exchange remained bearish on Wednesday as the KSE-100 Index closed today at 40607.12 points as compared to 40624.39 points on the last working day with a negative change of 17.27 points.
The total turnover was 125,007,130 as compared to 154,732,000 on the last working day with Fauji Foods Ltd having the highest turnover of 10,308,000.
Total 360 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 143 recorded gains and 186 sustained losses whereas the share price of 31 companies remained unchanged.
Nestle Pakistan recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 400.00 rupees while Unilever Foods recorded maximum decrease of 25.00 rupees.
