Pakistan's economy better than India: report
According to the think tank, investors face uncertainty in Indian market contrary to Pakistan
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan has beaten India in ranking of Index of Economic Freedom on Thursday.
The United States think tank has issued its report over world economies that states that Pakistan’s economy is more strengthened than that of India. The report ranks Pakistan at 141 in the list while India at 143.
According to the think tank, investors face uncertainty in Indian market contrary to Pakistan.
Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif and Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar among other government officials have maintained in the recent past that Pakistan is progressing in the international market and is attracting foreign investors over the stability it shows.
It should be mentioned here that China is investing around US $46 billion in Pakistan and construction of several projects is underway.
