ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – United States (US) Dollar have plunged by at least 70 paisas against Rupee in the last two days.

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and exchange companies have taken gamblers with iron hands in the latest operation. Bank of the state has started supply of the USD to companies at Rs 105.90.

In the last two days, at least USD seven lac have been have been sold to the exchange companies. On the other hand, trading companies are also importing US dollars. Sales through SBP and imports have significantly added to the value of Pakistani Rupee.

USD stands at Rs 105.40 with a cut of eight paisas while in open market at Rs 106.20 with a 20 paisas cut.

By November 11, US Dollar had dropped by at least ten paisas however, an increase came today.
