SHANGHAI (AFP) - Shanghai shares were 1.12 percent higher in early trade on Monday after China released mixed economic data over the weekend, dealers said.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 41.83 points to 3,786.03.
The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China s second exchange, added 1.00 percent, or 21.74 points, to 2,198.89.
