Summary Pakistan imports dry milk for the manufacturing of milk packs and infants' milk
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistanis continue to pay hiked prices for dry milk after the international market prices decreased in the last three months.
In the last three months, the international market price of dry milk decreased by at least US $1,700 per ton. However, the Pakistani customers are unable to enjoy the lower prices as the benefit has not been transferred to them. Last October saw price hiking of dry milk in the country.

According to the figures issued by the State Bank of Pakistan, dry milk and cream worth more than US $ 14 crore have been imported from July 2014 to February 2015.
