HONG KONG (AFP) - Hong Kong stocks added 0.54 percent in the morning session Thursday after hefty gains in US and European markets while oil prices also saw a slight recovery.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 126.95 points to 23,808.21 by the break on turnover of HK$57.11 billion (US$7.37 billion).
