Consumption of petroleum products increased by 30 percent during month of October in Pakistan, reported Dunya News. The consumption increased due to decrease in prices to 15 percent as compared to previous years prices and increase in furnace oil consumption. Last month, consumption of petroleum products remained 24 percent more than month of September. During first four month of this year, petroleum consumption remained 6.8million ton which is 16percent more than last year. The share of local refineries in supply of petroleum products remained 280,000 ton but their performance is affecting because of increase in circular debt.
