The gold prices surged record high at $1,000 per ounce in the International Market on Tuesday. In Pakistan the gold price reached at the highest surface of Rs 23,650 per tola during trading. In gold markets of the Capital, the gold price reached at Rs 23,640 per tola which is the highest in the national history. Dealers said that decrease in the dollars value resulted in the gold price hike in international market thus increasing the prices in local markets as well.
