Summary About 210 billions have been withdrawn from commercial banks during a week.
According to a report, issued by the State Bank of Pakistan, withdrawal of cash from commercial banks witnessed during the last two weeks of July. Commercial banks’ deposits were stood at Rs 61.92 trillion on the end of the first week of July which was Rs 64.02 trillion on June 30.According to experts, the banks stop clearing of cheques to show their deposits on the end of the fiscal year.
