US$ 18.4 million invested into SACRA accounts

Foreign investors invested US$ 18.4 million in SACRA accounts during the business week which ended on August 13. According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), foreign investors inflow of US$30.9 million in special convertible rupee accounts during first five days of the last week was recorded. The collective volume of investment remained US$18.4 million after the investors took out US$12.7 million. An addition of 45 percent was recorded in the business volume during the last business week.
