Summary Oil prices dipped nearly 4 percent during the past one month in the world markets.

The prices at the New York Mercantile Exchange were recorded at $102 per barrel after a fall of $2.50 while the future buying in London were recorded at $122 per barrel.The prices of Arab light came down to $121.84 which was $125 per barrel on March 1. The analysts are of the view that the current drop in oil prices is due to increase in supply from reserves by the key players.
