ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant decline on opening day of the business week with per tola rate falling by Rs3,800 to Rs453,336.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 10-gram of 24-karat gold also plunged by Rs3,258, reaching Rs388,672.
Silver prices followed the downward trend in the local market, with the price of one tola falling by Rs122 to Rs6,802.
In the international market, however, gold moved in the opposite direction. The price of gold increased by $38 per ounce to $4,308.
