GUJRAT (Dunya News) - A woman was allegedly sexually assaulted and killed in Gujrat, while police arrested her nephew in connection with the incident.
According to eyewitnesses, the tragic incident occurred in Lala Chak village on the outskirts of Gujrat, where the woman was allegedly assaulted before being killed.
Police officials said the suspect allegedly assaulted his aunt, Fozia, and then killed her by striking her on the head with a brick. The victim was a mother of five.

Following the incident, senior police officials, including the SP Investigation, reached the scene. Police took the victim’s body into custody and shifted it to a hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Police and forensic teams are collecting evidence from the crime scene, while further investigation into the incident is underway.
