KARACHI (Dunya News) - Lawyer Jibran Nasir has responded to Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab’s press conference regarding the Mir Raza case, questioning why the Sindh government has yet to share the terms of reference (ToRs) and notification of the judicial commission.
Nasir said Wahab had urged Mir Raza’s parents to trust the government.

The lawyer said the Sindh government should, at the very least, share the judicial commission’s ToRs and notification, adding that the bereaved family had been demanding both documents for the past 24 hours.
The remarks come amid concerns from Mir Raza’s family over the mechanism and scope of the judicial inquiry. The judicial commission has been constituted to investigate the case, with Sindh High Court Justice Umar Sial nominated to head it.
