Foreign media says PTI founder is in jail as a convicted prisoner by courts, not on govt orders.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Foreign media has exposed PTI’s narrative with regard to harsh conditions, mental torture, isolation, and medical negligence in Adiala jail where party chief Imran has been kept.

The American newspaper ‘The Washington Post’ wrote that Pakistan has completely rejected all allegations made by the family and political party of the founder of the PTI, calling all allegations of harsh conditions, mental torture, isolation, and medical negligence in the founder's prison baseless.

According to the ‘Associated Press’, the PTI founder is in jail as a convicted prisoner by the courts, not on government orders.

The American newspaper ‘The Goshen News’ wrote in its report that so far, more than 900 meetings have been held with the PTI founder's family, lawyers, doctors, and political representatives.

The report said that the PTI founder is also allowed to have telephone contact with relatives abroad, in addition to weekly meetings with his wife.

Various international newspapers, including ‘The Washington Post’ and the ‘Associated Press’, have rejected PTI’s narrative regarding lack of health facilities, mental torture, isolation, and medical negligence towards Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
