KARACHI (Dunya News) — Pakistan Stock Exchange experienced mixed trading trends today, ultimately closing in the negative territory.
At the onset of the fourth trading day of the week, the stock market initially saw a bullish momentum, gaining over 700 points.
This surge briefly pushed the KSE-100 Index to the level of 181,016 points during early trading.
However, sudden selling pressure reversed the market's direction during the trading hours, maintaining a bearish trend until the close of the session.
Consequently, the KSE-100 Index dropped by 206 points to finish at the 180,104 points level.
For context, the benchmark index had concluded the previous trading day at 180,311 points.
